Analisis Simulasi Antrian Teller Untuk Meminimasi Waktu Tunggu (Studi Kasus: BCA KCP Ruko Rajawali Palembang)

Gueue is an important part of operation management. Queue takes place in the manufacturing and service sector. people or goods a row waiting to be served then leaving after being served. This study presents results modeling with simulation for analyzing queuing system minimize time at teller BCA KCP Ruko Rajawali Palembang. To reach intended target steps taken well planned research, describes more detail learn, build conceptual models models, simulate model established, analyze summarize output. Waiting diverse 2 seconds 1 hour average 16 minutes 28 queue length 20 people. These show good performance because not long wait time. Capacity would effective if order add faster than before. With proposed system, so 5 tellers previous 4 tellers, has 12 36 seconds.
